Ham cooked in wine

Ingredients:
approx. 1 kg boiled ham in
a block
1 bunch of greens
1 bay leaf
5 white peppercorns
375 mL semi-dry
White wine
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Wash the greens, chop them coarsely, and boil for a short
time together with the spices.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 4 to 5 min
2. Add the ham and cook covered.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 9 to 11 min +
} Microwave oven medium setting, 15 to 20 min
3. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. This goes well
with mixed salad and farmhouse bread.

Goulash, Asiatic
»from the far east«
Ingredients:
300 g pork fillet
2 tbsp. of dry Sherry
4 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 garlic clove
1 pc. of ginger, fresh
2 ribbed celery
1 paprika
1 carrot
1 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. Corn starch
1 bunch of green coriander
Pepper
Gomasio (sesame salt)
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Cut the meat across the fibers into thin strips, mix it with
the sherry, the soy sauce, the finely chopped garlic clove,
and the ginger, and let it simmer for approx. 15 minutes.
2. Wash the celery stalks, pull o the hard fibers, and cut
into thin strips. Cut the paprika and the carrots into fine
strips.
3. Take the meat out of the marinade, mix it with the
chopped vegetables and the oil in the cookware, and then
cook it.
} Microwave oven high setting, 10 to 13 min
4. Mix the starch with the remaining marinade and stir it in
with the spices. Heat for a short time.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 1 to 2 min
5. Chop the coriander, season to taste, let it simmer for
approx. 3 minutes, and serve it with rice.
