Plums in bacon

Ingredients:
150 g dried
plums, stoned
2 tbsp. of sherry
3 tbsp. orange juice
150 g bacon
or ham
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Soak the dried plums for approx. 1/2 hour in sherry and
orange juice.
2. Wrap one plum each in half a slice of bacon or ham and
place them side by side into the dish. Heat the oven until
the bacon becomes crispy.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 4 to 5 min
3. Let the plums cool and serve them with skewers.

Pear with Gorgonzola
»very quick«
Ingredients:
1 ripe pear
1 tbsp. lemon juice
30 g Gorgonzola
4 walnut kernels
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Peel the pear, remove the core with a teaspoon. Sprinkle
the pear halves with lemon juice and put them into a tray.
2. Crush the gorgonzola with a fork, chop the walnuts. Fill
the cheese and the nuts into the pear halves and heat until
the cheese has melted.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 2 to 3 min
Rest time 1 to 2 min
3. Serve with white bread.
