Crab with egg on white bread corners

Ingredients:
20 g butter
40 g deep-frozen crabs
2 eggs
2 tbsp. cream
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Salt
2 slices toast bread
cut into triangles
Freshly ground pepper
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Put butter into the bowl and let it melt.
} Microwave oven max. level, approx. 30 sec
2. Add eggs, cream, parsley, and salt and scramble, add crab,
and cook. Stir from time to time.
} Microwave oven max. level, 2 to 4 min
3. In the meantime, toast the toast bread light yellow. After
cooking, loosen the crab-eggs mixture loosely and distribute
it onto four toast corners. Decorate as desired with freshly
ground pepper, tomato slices, and a salad leaf.

Tomatoes au gratin

Ingredients:
3 to 4 tomatoes
1 tbsp. breadcrumbs
Salt
Pepper from the mill
1 tbsp. freshly grated
Parmesan
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. of olive oil
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk parts, cut laterally.
Place the tomatoes side by side into a flat bowl and sprinkle
with salt and pepper.
2. Mix breadcrumbs, freshly grated Parmesan, crushed garlic
clove, chopped parsley, and olive oil and distribute the
mixture onto the tomatoes. Heat the oven until the cheese
has melted.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 4 to 6 min
3. Let it cool before eating.
