When
the
negatives
are
thoroughly
washed,
put
one-half
ounce
of
glyc·
erine
in
one
pint
of
water
(four
por-
tions
mea
ured
with
the
developer
gla
),
stir
well
and
soak
the
nega-
tive
in

solution
for
5
minute,
then
remove
them
and
wipe off
the
surplu
moisture
with a
soft,
damp
cloth,
and
pin
them
by
the
four
cor-
ners,
face
up,
to
a flat
surface
to
dry.

glycerine solution may
be
used
repeat-
edh

The
trays
and
beaker
should
now
be
rin
ed
out
and
set away to
drain
and
dry.
When
the
negatives are dry,
they
are
ready
for
printing,
a
described
hereafter.
