X I. Insert ground glass

X II. Insert one of the plate
holders, pushing it in just a head
of the ground glass. See Fig. 4.
It will go in easily and need not
be forced. See that the lip on
the plate holLler fi ts down into
groove in camera.

insert the dark slide, with the word
" exposed" toward the .front of

F rom the fore go ing ins tru ctions it is a pp ar !=! nt that by
simply inserting the dark slide the roll holder may be taken
out at any time and a plat e holder inserted in its plac ~ice
versa. The roll holder or plat e holder s may also be s imilarly
removed when it is desired to focus by the ground glass. See
pa ge 14.
