The shutters are always set. The two buttons on top of
camera in front of spirit leve l, operate th e s hutt er s. The button
on the right marked (T) is for time exposures an d the one on
left ( I) is for snap shots.
USE THE LARGEST STOP.
Snap Shots can on ly be m ade when the larg es t stop is in the
lens. If a smaller stop be used the li ght will be so much
reduced that it will not sufficiently impr ess the imag e on the
film and failure will result.

'When it is clear down the larg est
stop is in place. This is the one
to use for a ll snap shots, excep t
where the
sunlight is unus-
ually strong, and th ere are no
heavy shadows, such as views
on the water or in tropical or
semi-tropical climates, when the
middle stop may be us ed.
The sm allest sto p must never

used for snap shots or abso-
