VII. The roll of film in the Ko dak is covered with black
paper and this must be r ee led off before a pi ct ur e can be t ake n.
Turn the key slowly to the left a nd watch in the little r ed
celluloid window at th e b ack of th e camera. (See Fig. VI. )
vVhen IS to IS turns have been given the fi g ur e I will appear.
Turn key until fi g ur es I and 2 appear at the windows.
Th e film is now in position for making th e fir st picture.
