CJJEVELOPING.
Th ere is no necessity of working in a dark - room or waiting
until
ni ght to develop film. It can be done in daylight at any
time and pl ace . And the daylight m ethods of deve loping film
give better results than t he dark-room way.
Film may be develop d in day li ght by the Kodak Film
Tank meth d. Detailed directio ns for deve l oping will be founel
in the manual which accompanies the goods. The op erati ons
are given brie fly in the following pag es.
We recomme nd the Kod ak Film Tank method particula rl y
for its simp leness, a nd the uniformly good negativ es which it
gives.
DEVELOPING WITH THE KODAK
FILM TANK.
Provide a 3,Yz inch Fi lm Tank for use with No. 2 Fl exo.
The Kod ak Film T a nk consists of a wood en bo x, a li ght-
proof apron, a "transf e rring ree l," a metal "solution CliP" 111
which the film is developed, and a hooked rod for rem oving
fi lm from so lution. Th ere is a lso a dummy film cartridge with
which one
shou ld e xp erime nt before using an exposed cartridge.
