A T.B.1. Cable Release No.2 can be used with
the Kodak Medalist. To attach this cab le re lease
or the cab le release of a synchronizer, screw it into
the CABLE RELEASE SOCKET, Figure 14, directly
behind the SHUTTER SPEED RING. After the shutter
is tripped with a cab le re lease, the SH UT TER RE-
LEASE must be pressed in order to free the winding
mechanism.
THE SELF TIMER
There is a self- acting release built into the shutter;
by using this self timer you can include yourse lf
in the pict ure.
To use the self timer, place the Kodak on a
tripod or other firm support. An unexposed sec-
tion of film
