Taking pictures and videos
2 If the camerais notfocusingon the desiredsubject(or if the framingmarks
disappear),releasethe Shutterbutton, recomposethe scene,and repeatstep1.
3 Pressthe Shutterbutton completely down to takethe picture.

Using the flash
Use the flash when you take pictures at night, indoors, or outdoors in heavy shadows.

Auto Whenthe lighting conditionsrequire it.
Flash
Fill Everytime youtake a picture, regardlessof the lighting conditions.Usewhen the subjectis in shadowor is"backlit" (whenthe light is behindthe
subject).
Red- Once,so thesubject'seyesbecomeaccustomedto the flash,then fires
eye againwhenthe pictureistaken. (Ifthe lighting conditionsrequireflash but
do not requireRed-eyereduction,theflash mayfire only once.)
