4 Troubleshooting
Problem Description or Cause Possible Solution
Sections of the image are not printed.
• Platen rollers are dirty.
•Pinch rollers are dirty.
• Cleaning rollers are dirty.
1. Clean the platen rollers

2. Clean the pinch rollers

3. Clean the cleaning rollers

page 3-9).
Paper surface is scratched.
• Thermal print heads are
dirty.
• Debris is in the paper path.
1. Clean the thermal print
heads (see
page 3-5).
2. Clear any debris from the
paper path (see
page 4-4).
Prints have horizontal streaks.
• Thermal print heads are
dirty.
• Peel rollers are dirty.
• Platen rollers are dirty.
•Pinch rollers are dirty.
• Cleaning rollers are dirty.
1. Clean the thermal print
heads, including the peel

2. Clean the platen rollers
