UNDSR-DSVSI,OPMSNT.
Caused
by
removal from the developer too soon.
An
undeveloped
negative
differs
from
an
under-exposed
one,
in
that
it
is
apt
to
be
thin
and
full
of
detail,
instead
of
harsh,
and
lacking
in
detail.
If
the
development
is
carried
on
as
before
directed,
this
defect
is
not
liable
to
occur.
SPOTS.
STRSAKS.
STC.
Air
bells
on
the
film in
the
developer
or
fixing
bath
are liable to cause spots;
and
streaks are
caused
by
allowing
the
film to remain
uncovered
in
part
by
the
various solutions while
in
them.
White, milky spots
are
evidence
that
the
negative
has
not
been
properly
fixed,
and
the
negative should
be
put
back
into
the
fixing
bath
and
then
re-washed.
