subject movement.
Estimate carefully the camera-to-subject distance

turn the lens mount to the proper distance
setting.
Select the flash exposure value card
that
corresponds
to
the film
in
the camera. Slip this card into the holding
frame
on
the back
of
the camera.
Determine the
proper
exposure value number, taking
4 into consideration the distance
in
feet, the size
of
the
reflector,
and
the type
of
flash bulb to be used. *
