Before making an exposure be sure th

the s hu t ter is a djust ed properly, for an in-

nt aneous or time exposur e, whichev er is

quir e d. Use the corr ect st op opening. An

mu st be in position.

t he shoulde r. If the sun shines directh · int o
th e lens it will blur a nd fog the picture"

Hold th e cam era steady when making in-
sta n ta neous expos ur es or snapshot s. Th e
c
am e ra should be held firmly against the body
a nd when pr essing t he exposure lever, hold
th e brea th for th e ins ta nt. If th e camera is
moved
during t he exposur e, t he pic tur e will
be blurr ed.
Turn a new section of film into position im-
mediately af te r making au ex po sure. Thi s
