Storage
To store the air fryer:
1. Unplug the air fryer and allow the air fryer to cool completely.
2. Make sure all parts are clean and dry. Never store the air fryer while it is hot or wet.
3. Wrap the power cord around the power cord organizer.
4. Store the air fryer in its box or in a clean, dry place.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Probable Cause
The air fryer will not turn
on or will not heat up.
Make sure the air fryer is plugged in. Try a different outlet.
Push the baskets securely into the air fryer.
The air fryer turned off on
its own during cooking.
Make sure the baskets are pushed securely into the air fryer.
As a safety feature, the air fryer comes with overheat
protection. If the air fryer overheats, it will automatically shut
down. Allow the air fryer to cool down before using it again.
Foods are not completely
cooked.
Place smaller bates of ingredients into the fry basket. If the
basket is overfilled, then ingredients will be undercooked.
Increase cooking temperature or time.
Foods are cooked unevenly. Ingredients that are staed on top of ea other or close to
ea other need to be shaken during cooking (see “Shaking
Food” on page 9).
Foods are not crispy after
air frying.
Spraying or brushing a small amount of oil on foods can
increase crispiness (see “Cooking Guide” on page 10).
Fren fries are not fried
correctly.
See “Fren Fries” on page 10.
Baskets will not slide into
the air fryer securely.
Make sure the basket is not overfilled with food.
Make sure the fry basket is securely inside the outer basket.
White smoke is coming out
of the air fryer.
The air fryer may produce some white smoke when you use it
for the first time. This is normal.
Make sure the baskets are cleaned properly and not greasy.
Frying greasy foods will cause oil or fat to leak into the outer
basket. This oil will produce white smoke, and the baskets
may be hotter than usual. This is normal and should not affect
cooking. Handle the baskets with care.
Dark smoke is coming out
of the air fryer.
Immediately unplug the air fryer. Food is burning. Wait for the
smoke to clear before removing the baskets.
Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.
