Step 3
Attach the Shaft Collar to the Bracket using two #6 x 1/2˝
machine screws. Be sure to mount the collar to the proper
ide of the bracket depending on whether the cabinet is
ight or left handed. On a right blind cabinet, the mounting
ange of the bracket will attach to the cabinet below the
assembly with the shaft collar on top. On a left blind
cabinet the mounting flange will attach to the back of the
center stile above the assembly with shaft collar on top.
Attach the Bracket to the center stile using four #10 x 3/4˝
crews. Attach the Bottom Mount to the cabinet floor using
our #8 x 3/4˝ screws. Be sure the setscrews in both the
Shaft Collar and Bottom Mount are pointing at 45 degrees
nto the cabinet opening for ease of adjustment.
Step 4
Assemble the shelves to the frame assemblies using the
eight remaining #8 x 3/4˝ screws (four per shelf). If your
rame has slides, attach one #8 x 1/2˝ stop screw up
hrough the last hole in the back of one slide per tray.
Secure in place with lock washer and hex nut, then press
inyl cap on remaining portion of exposed screw shank.
Step 5
Slide the post down through the Top Collar and Bracket.
Position the lower shelf assembly over the Bottom Mount
and continue to slide the post down through the frame and
nto the Bottom Mount. Be sure the pole is fully seated in
he Bottom Mount, and then tighten the setscrews in the
Top Collar and Bottom Mount. NOTE: It is important to
accurately align the internal spacer inside the shelf hub to
allow the post to slide through properly.
Step 6
Slide the top shelf assembly down over the post and on the
collar. Finally, push the post cap into the top of the post.
Your assembly is now complete!
