PREPARE OPENING
MOUNT FRAME HARDWARE
• Using track as a template, mark
screw locations.
• IMPORTANT: Place track pivot and
hangers loose into track before
securing.
• Drill 3/32" pilot holes and secure
with (#8 x 1") screws. (M)
• Locate top pivot bracket 1" from
side jamb and hand tighten in place.
• Center jamb bracket directly
below track in jamb corner.
• Using jamb bracket as a template,
drill 3/32" pilot holes and secure
with (#8 x 3/4") screws. (N)
Note: Track length should be at least 1/8" less than the width of the finished opening. If necessary, track may be cut with a fine tooth saw.
When the finished opening is taller than door height, the jamb bracket may be fastened to the side jamb making certain that the screws are
secured in a solid material. Blocking underneath the jamb bracket is required to support the door weight.
2-Door: Line up track ush against jamb on guide door side.
4-Door: Center track in opening.

• Using top plates* as a template, drill 3/32" diameter
pilot holes and secure with (#8 x 1") screws (M)
so that the pivot is in locations shown.
• Using bottom plate as a template, drill 3/8"
clearance hole (as shown) and 3/32" diameter
pilot holes and secure with (#8 x 1") screws. (M)
• Thread bottom adjusting bolt into place.
• To install hinges, place doors side by side as
folded with 1/16" gap.
• Use hinge as template, drill 1/16" diameter
holes and secure with (#6 x 7/8") screws. (O)
• Drill 3/16" diameter hole through guide door
at center of width and secure knob with
(#8 x 1-3/4") screw. (L)
