Restore factory setting
When
power on, press the “Power” and “Source” button
for
5
seconds simultaneously to restore factory setting and return
to
the
Bluetooth pairing mode.

the power cord firmly plugged into the wall outlet?

connection is secure.

Disconnect the power plug and connect it again.

d dropouts occur in BT mode

Press the mute button to cancel the mute function.
