Unable to boot
Make sure there is power supply, if not, use
the USB cable to connect;
Check if the power cord firmly plugged into the
outlet and the soundbar.
No sound
Check if the volume of the soundbar is
adequateif not, rotate the Multi-Function
Knob clockwise to increase;
Check if the volume of your device is
adequate, if not, turn it up.
Restore factory setting when necessary.
Bluetooth not
connecting
Ensure the soundbar is in Bluetooth mode and
the Bluetooth on your device is switched on.
Restore factory setting when necessary.
Function
disturbance
Switch off and unplug the unit. Leave it for 2
minutes and switch it on again.
