CAUTION
Proper Care, Maintenance, and Repair
Always have the power disconnected when working on internal components.
Do not touch or handle the PC board without being properly grounded with a wrist strap. Put the PC
board in a static proof bag to move or ship.
Do not put hands or fingers near moving parts such as the drive rolls of the fan.
WARNING
ELECTRIC SHOCK CAN KILL!
Touching live electrical parts can cause fatal shocks or severe burns. Do not touch live electrical
parts.
Wear dry, hole-free insulating gloves and body protection.
Disconnect input power before installing, maintaining or servicing this equipment. Lockout/tag out
input power according to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147.
Maintain the product by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance
with the following recommended procedures. It is recommended that the general condition of any tool
be examined before it is used. Keep your tool in good repair. Keep handles dry, clean, and free from oil
and grease. The following chart is based on a normal operation schedule.

Before Each Use
Inspect all cords and power cables. Replace any cords or
power cables that are damaged or cracked.
Every 3 Months
Inspect all warning and caution labels affixed to this unit. If
they are worn, torn or otherwise unreadable, replace the
warning labels. Inspect, clean, and tighten all weld power
connections.
