3. Drill speed adjustment
Turn the hand wheel (78) to adjust the rotational speed of an installed drill bit. (Fig.11)
4. Quill spring adjustment
Tighten inner nut (39) with a wrench. Do not over tighten as this will restrict quill movement.
Move the stop nuts (41)to the top position then check tension while turning the feed handle.
