Before Each Use
It is recommended that the general condition of the inflator and gauge be examined before it is
used. A malfunctioning gauge must be replaced by an authorized service representative.
Operating Instructions
To avoid the risk of personal injury, especially to the eyes, face or skin, DO NOT direct
an air stream at any person.
DO NOT EXCEED the maximum air pressure of 170 PSI. Before using this inflator,
verify that all equipment in the system can withstand this air pressure. Ensure the
working air pressure in the system is lower than the lowest rated component.
The procedure below for the easy-on air chuck can easily be adapted for the dual chuck. When
using the blow tip, observe the warning above!
1. Connect an air pressure source to the 1/4 inch NPT threaded connection at the bottom of the
handle (a quick-disconnect fitting is recommended).
2. Remove tire valve cap.
3. With the clip-on air chuck lever depressed, firmly press the chuck onto the tire valve stem
and release the lever. Be sure that there are no air leaks.
4. Press the lever fully to inflate, press the lever half-way to deflate.
5. When done, disconnect the chuck and replace the tire cap. Turn off the gauge and safely
disconnect the pressure source.
