4. Check to be sure the valve stem is clean and free of dirt and debris.
5. Connect the air hose by screwing the brass inflator into the tire valve stem. Only finger tighten the
inflator. Do not use any tools, as you may damage the inflator or the valve stem.
6. Turn the inflator switch to the ‘on’ position and let air flow into the tire.
7. Watch the gauge carefully. Stop the motor when the manufacturer’s recommended pressure has
been achieved.
NOTE: Normally, two or three minutes is all it will take to inflate the tire to the rated air pressure.
8. Remove the inflator from the valve stem. Remember to replace the valve cover on the stem.
9. Disconnect the power cord.
After Each Use
WARNING
Only hold the unit by the carry handle and allow the unit to cool before storing.
Store the product in a dry location.
Troubleshooting
Use the table below to troubleshoot problems before contacting service personnel or your local
dealer. If the problem continues after troubleshooting, call your local dealer for assistance.

operate.
There’s a poor connection between the plug
and the socket.
1. Gently turn the plug in the cigarette
lighter socket until contact is made.
2. Check the plug and socket for
obstructions.
The power supply fuse is blown.
Check the cigarette lighter power supply
fuse.
Product runs but
does not inflate.
There’s a poor connection in the valve.
Ensure the adaptor is pushed firmly into the
valve before locking into the place.
Air is leaking.
1. Check the item for leaks.
2. Ensure the hose doesn’t have a break
or leak at the fitting.
Product runs too
slowly.
Unit is overheating.
Disconnect the power and wait for the
product to cool for approx. 10 min.
Voltage is too low.
Check the condition of the vehicle battery.
