Using the camera Turning the camera on or off Initial set up To turn on Press and hold the Power/Shutter (function 2) button for about 4 seconds. A green LED will light up. Once you let go of the button, the LED will flash red twice to indicate it is in standby mode. 1. Unscrew the rear cap on the back of the camera (function 3). 2. Make sure the camera is OFF before inserting or removing the memory card. 3. Make sure the Micro SD card is formatted with no data on it.
Taking a video Connecting the camera • To take videos with the camera, make sure that the Video/Photo switch (function 4) is set to the right for video mode then turn on the camera • Once the camera is on, press (not hold) the Power/Shutter button (function 2) to start recording. The red LED will blink whilst the video is recording. Press the Power/Shutter button (function 2) again to stop recording Unscrew the rear cap (function 3) then turn on the camera.
Mounting the camera Caution: Using Kitvision Blast for watersports • Please ensure the O-rings are clean and have some silicon grease on prior to use with watersports • Also make sure the waterproof cap is properly sealed Mounting the camera to handlebars + Camera Holder If these checks are not completed, it is likely that water will get into the camera.
