CABINET CONSTRUCTION
The interior and exterior are both designed with 430 stainless
steel, the unit features a strong quality that's matched with its
ability to withstand busy, heavy-use kitchens. Removable one-
piece grill for cleaning and servicing.
Door has stay-open feature beyond 90˚ for easy loading,
but will self-close under 90˚ to save energy.

Digital temperature control allows you to easily adjust
