Preheat the unit to 270 °F.
2.
Cut the salmon into 3 to 4 pieces. Sprinkle
olive oil and salt to taste.

Put the salmon into the frying basket. Let it
cook for 20-25 minutes.
4.
While waiting, you can make the dill sauce by
combining the yogurt, chopped dill, sour
cream, salt or add other spices to your liking.
Mix them well until they are blended.
5.
Put the cooked salmon on a plate and top it
with the dill sauce. Add salt or other garnish. .
SALMON WITH DILL S AUC E
1½ pounds of salmon (3-4 pieces)
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
FOR THE SAUCE
½ cup of sour cream
½ cup of Greek yogurt
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of chopped dill
