C AJ UN CHICK EN TEND ERS
Ingredients:
1.
Combine chicken tenders, buttermilk and hot
sauce and mix them well. Let it marinate for 4
hours or overnight.
2.
Mix all the seasonings together with cornstarch
and flour in a large bowl.
3.
When the marinated chicken tenders are ready,
coat them with the breading mixture and shake
off any excess.
4.
Add 1/3 of the marinade into the seasoned flour
and mix well. This will create little flakes.
5.
Let the chicken rest for an hour until the coating
gets sticky and dip the tenders back in the
flour. Set aside.
6.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
7.
Spray a cooking spray on each side of the
chicken tenders and put in the preheated air
fryer.
8.
Cook the tenders at 400°F for 10 minutes until
golden brown and crispy.
9.
Ready to serve.
