Whipped Cream
1  cup whipping cream
2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar

In blending jar, place ingredients. Insert whisk into 
whisk adapter and adapter into motor body. Whisk 
at Speed 2 for 45 to 60 seconds, or until peaks 
form.
Yield: 16 servings (2 tablespoons per serving). 
Per Serving: About 60 cal, 0 g pro, 1 g carb, 
6 g total fat, 3.5 g sat fat, 20 mg chol, 5 mg sod.
VARIATION
Chocolate Whipped Cream
Increase powdered sugar to

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder to 
other ingredients before whisking.
