Orange Banana-Berry Smoothie

broken into quarters

In blending jar, place ingredients. Insert blending 
attachment into motor body. Blend at Speed 1 
for 3 to 5 seconds to chop. Increase to Speed 2-3

blend using an up and down motion about 10 
seconds, or until smooth.
Yield: 1 serving.
Per Serving: About 180 cal, 2 g pro, 44 g carb, 
1 g total fat, 0 g sat fat, 0 mg chol, 0 mg sod.
Raspberry-Peach Smoothie

unsweetened raspberries, 
partially thawed
1   cup sliced fresh or frozen, 
thawed peaches*
