REFRIGERATOR USE
Opening and Closing Doors
There are two refrigerator compartment doors. The doors can
be opened and closed either separately or together. There is
a vertically hinged seal on the left refrigerator door.
 ■ When the left-side door is opened, the hinged seal
automatically folds inward so that it is out of the way.
 ■ When both doors are closed, the hinged seal automatically
forms a seal between the two doors.

2. Find the package containing the Produce Preserver inside the
refrigerator and install the Produce Preserver into the drawer
according to the instructions provided in the package.
Replacing the Produce Preserver
The disposable packet(s) should be replaced every 6 months or
when the status indicator changes completely from white to red.
To order replacements, contact us. See the “Accessories” section
for information on ordering.
1. Remove the used packets from the produce preserver
housing.
2. Remove the used status indicator.
3. Install the replacement packets and status indicator using the
instructions included in the package.
Door-within-Door
Use the hidden latch and left up to open the door-within-
door and get instant access to items and ingredients in your
refrigerator door bins
IMPORTANT: Do not open inner door when outer door is open.
Close outer door before opening inner door.
In-door Venting
The in-door venting will direct cold air in the lower door bin
area. Opening the shutter door (sliding it right) will make this
area colder, while closing the shutter door (sliding it left) will
make it less cold. This will keep milk and beverages at the right
temperature.
The refrigerator compartment door switch is located in the top
left and right hinge cover.
 ■ The door switch uses magnet to sense door opening/closing.
 ■ Ensure there are no magnet or electronic devices (Speaker,
CoolVox, etc) within 3 inches of the hinge cap.
NOTE: The light and internal user interface (UI) will not turn on if
the door opening is not detected.
