FULL ONE-YEAR WARRANTY Labor and any parts of your hood liner (except light bulbs and
From Date of Purchase filters) which are defective in materials or workmanship when
this appliance isoperated and maintained according to
instructions attached to or furnished with this product.
KJtchenAidWlLL NOT PAYFOR
A. Consumable parts suchas light bulbs and filters.
B. Service calls to:
1.Correct the installation of the hood liner.
2. Instruct you how to use the hood liner.
3. Replace house fuses or correct house wiring.
C. Repairs when hood liner is used in other than normal, single-family household use.
D. Pickupand delivery.This product isdesigned to be repaired in the home.
E. Damage to hood liner caused by accident, alteration, improper installation, misuse, fire, flood, act of God or
use of products not approved by KitchenAid.
E Repairs to parts or systems resulting from unauthorized modifications made to the appliance.
G. Replacement parts or repair labor costs for units operating outside the United States or Canada.
H. In Canada, travel or transportation expenses for customers who reside in remote areas.
KrrCHENAID AND KrrCHENAID CANADA DO NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBiLiTY FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also hove other rights which may vary from state to
state or province to province.
Outside the 50 United States and Canada, this warranty does not apply. Contact your authorized KitchenAid
dealer to determine if another warranty applies.
