1.
Remove
burner
cap.
2.
Remove
the
burner
head
using
a
size
T20®
TORX®
screwdriver.

Remove
the
plate
on
the
external
gas
orifice
spud.

IMPORTANT:
The
TripleTier®
Flame
burner
has
2
gas
orifice
spuds.
Be
sure
to
change
the
external
gas
orifice
spud
located
under
the
plate.

Apply
masking
tape
to
the
end
of
a 7
mm
nut
driver
to
help
hold
the
internal
gas
orifice
spud
in
the nut
driver
while
changing
it.
Press
nut
driver
down
onto
the
internal
gas
orifice
spud
and
remove
by
turning
it
counterclockwise
and
lifting
out.
Set
internal
gas
orifice
spud
aside.
5.
Use
a
7mm
combination
wrench
to
remove
the
external
gas
orifice
spud.
Turn
counterclockwise
to
remove.
Set
external
gas
orifice
spud
aside.
6.
Replace
the
Natural
gas
orifice
spud
with
the
correct
LP
gas
orifice
spud.
Refer
to
the
following
chart
for
correct
LP
gas
orifice
spud
placement.

Replace
burner
plate,
head
and
cap.
Place
Natural
gas
orifice
spuds
in
plastic
parts
bag
for
future
use
and
keep
with
the
package
containing
literature.
Reinstall
the
warming
drawer.

“Replace
Oven
Racks
and
Warming
Drawer”
section
for
instructions.

Complete
installation.

“Make
Gas
Connection”
and
“Electronic
Ignition
System”
sections.
Checking
for
proper
cooktop
burner
flames
is
very
important.
The
small
inner
cone
should
have
a
very
distinct
blue
flame
¥4"
to
Ve"
long.
The
outer
cone
is
not
as
distinct
as
the
inner
cone.
LP
gas
flames
have
a
slightly
yellow
tip.
IMPORTANT:
You
may
have
to
adjust
the
“LO”
setting
for
each
cooktop
burner.
Tip
Over
Hazard
A
child
or
adult
can
tip
the
range
and
be
killed.
Install
anti-tip
bracket
to
floor
or
wall
per
installation
instructions.
Slide
range
back
so
rear
range
foot
is
engaged
in
the
slot
of
the
anti-tip
bracket.
Re-engage
anti-tip
bracket
if
range
is
moved.
Do
not
operate
range
without
anti-tip
bracket
installed
and
engaged.
Failure
to
follow
these
instructions
can
result
in
death
or
serious
burns
to
children
and
adults.
