Kingsman Hardware Product Warranty

Kingsman Hardware warrants the hardware components of products manufactured
after Year of 2010, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal
residential use. Gloss reduction, scratching, staining and alkaline etching of the finish
over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions, are not
manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear. This warranty applies
only for Kingsman Hardware products installed in the United States of America.
Kingsman Hardware warrants to the original purchaser that, the products are defective
free in the finishing, plating and structuring.
Company has been notified within ten years of purchase date except for products with
an oil rubbed bronze finish which are limited to a two year warranty period.
The warranty does not cover: (1) normal wear and tear; (2) damage through abuse,
neglect, misuse, or as a result of any accident; (3) improper installation or maintenance;
or (4) products altered without Kingsman Hardware’s prior written consent. This
warranty is not transferable.
