Firing pin block
The fi ring pin block feature on this fi rearm
is actuated when the trigger is depressed.
Depressing the trigger causes the fi ring block
lobe on the ejector to cam out of the way, clearing
the block to release the fi ring pin and allow free
travel.
Thumb safety
The thumb safety is a safety device that is
activated by the use of one’s thumb. When
engaged in the “safe” position, the thumb safety
prevents the trigger from discharging the fi rearm.
