SAFETY ASSEMBLY INFORMATION Priot to assembly, lay out all parts on the floor and check against the parts list in this manual that all parts a re present. If an parts are damaged or missing, please contact customer service. Do not allow children to assist in assembly. This product when disassembled constains small parts that choldren can choke on. Assembly of the bumper car should take approximately 30 minutes. BATTERY SAFETY • Charging the battery should only be done with adult supervision.
DRIVE WHEEL INSTALLATION 1. Place the left and right motors and drive wheels on the shaft in order to match the driver gearbox. 2. Put the 10 shim on the shaft and tighten with the M10 lock nut with a wrench, CAUTION: To prevent the wheel from shrinking, ask the user to decide whether to increase the shims to adjust the tightness of the wheels and ensure that the wheels can rotate freely.
BATTERY SAFETY AND SEAT INFORMATION INSTALLATION 1. Remove the cushion cover to connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery, red terminal to red and black to the black terminal. 2. After the battery has been connected, place the cushion on it. 3. Secure the seat cushion with a 4*12 tapping screw.
FUNCTIONS 1 2 3 4 1. Forward/reverse switch: Control the direction of movement of the product, forward or backward and turning left and right. The middle file is the stop gear. 2. Power button to turn the bumper car on or off. 3. USB jack 4.Optional function buttons, latern on/off key, music play/switch key. Long press the volume up/down key. Before using the bumper car, you must confirm the follwing has been completed.
REMOTE SAFETY CONTROL INFORMATION OPERATION STOP CODE / PAIRING SPEED FORWARD REVERSE TURN RIGHT TURN LEFT This remote control has a priority function. When the controller is on, the forward/reverse witch of the product will be ineffective. When the remote control is stopped, the forward/reverse switch of this product can be used. REMOTE CONTROL BATTERY INSTALLATION Open the battery compartment at the back if the remote control and add two alkaline batteries (AAALR03).
OPERATION / MAINTENANCE CHARGING THE BATTERY 1. Do not change the circuit and structure of the product, otherwise it may cause a fire and/or explosion. 2. To avoid fire: Do not use tools to connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery. 3. Always keep the battery dry and do not allow it to get wet. 4. Do not smoke near the battery, or allow flames or sparks near the battery. 5. The bumper car must be charged in a well ventilated, dry area.
