The ‘kiddy cruiserfix pro’ is the latest innovative product in our child seat line. Our special energy-absorbent design offers the greatest possible safety in the event of frontal or side crash. You can use this booster car seat for children weighing 33 to 100 lbs (15 to 45.3 kg) and up to 60 in.

WARNING DEATH or SERIOUS INJURY can occur • Do not use this booster car seat in a front seating location or seat with front, side or seatbelt airbag unless recommended by the vehicle manufacturer in the vehicle owner's manual.
ENG Please familiarize yourself thoroughly with the recommended use of car seats as described in your vehicle’s owners manual. This booster car seat MUST be used only with forward-facing vehicle seats. Do not use this car seat with vehicle seats that face the side or rear of the vehicle. Vehicle seat belts: Many seat belt systems are not safe to use with the booster child seat. The vehicle seat belt must be designed to secure the child tightly at all the times.

ENG Do not install this booster car seat in a vehicle seating position using the k-fix connectors if: The seat belt is located between the lower LATCH anchors. The seat belt buckle is located between the lower LATCH anchors. An appropriate vehicle three point seat belt will have: 1. The shoulder belt upper retractor rigidly fixed to the vehicle frame or vehicle seat (Fig. 10) and 2. The lap belt rigidly fixed to the vehicle frame or vehicle seat (Fig. 10). Fig.
ENG 4.3 Kiddy k-fix system The kiddy k-fix system provides additional security by using the lower anchors of the vehicle LATCH (Lower Anchors and Tether for CHildren) system. The booster car seat does not use the top tether attachment. Kiddy recommends using the k-fix system if possible. Lower anchors can be found in most vehicles 2003 model year and newer. Lower anchors may be indicated on the vehicle seat by icons.

WARNING ENG DEATH or SERIOUS INJURY can occur • Use only the vehicle’s lap and shoulder belt (or 3-point) system when restraining the child in this booster car seat. • NEVER use only the k-fix connectors to secure your child in the vehicle. The vehicle’s three point seatbelt system must be used to secure your child. • Some vehicle seating positions will have lower LATCH anchors that will not align with the booster car seat k-fix connectors.
ENG Fig. 16 Fig. 17 2. Place the booster car seat on the vehicle seat. To extend the k-fix connectors, press the release button in the front under the leg extension (Fig. 16). The k-fix connectors will automatically extend from the back of the booster car seat. 3. Test to confirm the connector hooks are opened by pushing the release mechanisms forward (Fig. 17). The green indicators will not be showing when the hooks are open and ready for installation. 4.

WARNING DEATH or SERIOUS INJURY can occur • Use only the vehicle's three point lap and shoulder belt system when restraining the child in this booster car seat. • Do not allow child to slouch or slide down under lap belt. • Do not place shoulder belt under arm or behind back. • Do not use only a lap belt. • Discontinue use of this booster car seat if top of child's ears are above top of seat back. 1.

Pull the shoulder belt towards the vehicle seatbelt retractor removing all slack from both lap and shoulder belts (Fig. 24). Fig.
ENG - Shoulder belt snugly adjusted, contacting chest, belt guide at or above shoulder, and centered on shoulder. - Child must be sitting upright in booster car seat. - Vehicle belts must be properly routed under arm rests and through shoulder belt guide. - Periodically monitor the vehicle belts. Check that they are not twisted and that the vehicle buckle is correctly secured. 6.3 Removing your child: 1. Unbuckle the vehicle seat belt. 2. Open the shoulder belt guide.
ENG 2. Open both left and right k-fix connectors (E) by pressing the release mechanisms (N) towards the front (past the green lock indicator (O)) (Fig. 27). 3. When the connectors are open, the booster car seat is detached from the lower anchors. Fig. 27 4. Finally, the k-fix connectors (E) must be retracted into the seat (J). Hold the release button (L) (Fig. 28; Step 1) while pulling the retraction tab (M) until the connectors are completely inside the seat (Fig. 28; Step 2). 5.
9.1 Removing the headrest cover ENG The headrest and backrest cover are sewn together as a single unit. Slide the adjustable headrest (F) up to the highest position. Free the cover around the height adjustment handle (Q) at the back of the headrest (H) and below both shoulder belt guides (B). Gently pull the cover off the headrest (H) from the back towards the front. 9.2 Removing the shoulder rest cover Slide the adjustable headrest (H) down to the lowest position.

Therefore, you should only use original covers from kiddy USA. If you require replacement covers, you can order them from kiddy USA.
