5.4 BATTERY REPLACEMENT
The batteries should be replaced every four years.
CAUTION: RISK OF EXPLOSION IF BATTERY IS REPLACED BY AN
INCORRECT TYPE. DISPOSE OF USED BATTERIES ACCORDING TO THE
MANUFACTURER’S INSTRUCTIONS.
The EN54 approval testing was carried out using Yuasa NP7-12 batteries.
Use of another battery type may invalidate the EN54 approval.
