table before calling KidTrax Toys Consumer Relaons. If you sll need help resolving the problem please call 877-741-
6154.
KidTrax Toys recommends that you take the truck to an authorized service center for periodic maintenance and service.
Call the number listed above for the closest center to you.
Problem Possible Cause Remedy
Truck does not run Baery low on power Recharge baery (see Baery: Recharge Interval and
Time)
Thermal fuse has tripped Let the truck rest for 5 to 10 minutes before
connuing normal operaon.
Wheel nuts are loose Tighten wheel nuts
Baery connector or wires are
loose
Check that the baery connectors are rmly plugged
into each other. If wires are loose around the motor
call Consumer Relaons at 877-741-6154 for an
authorized service center
Baery is dead Replace baery (see Baery: Replacement and
Disposal)
Electrical system is damaged Call Consumer Relaons at 877-741-6154 for an
authorized service center
Motor is damaged Call Consumer Relaons at 877-741-6154 for an
authorized service center
Truck does not run very
long
Baery is under charged Check that the baery connectors are rmly plugged
into each other when recharging (see Baery:
Recharge Interval and Time)
Truck does not run very
long
Baery is old Replace baery (see Baery: Replacement and

Truck runs sluggishly or
beeping occurs
