-Battery and Charging Warnings WARNING! The following safety hazards may result in serious injury or death to the user of the ride-on: Corrosive Material Warnings • Battery posts, terminals and related accessories contain lead and lead compounds (acids) chemicals and are toxic and corrosive. Never open the battery. • Contact or exposure to battery leakage (lead acid) may cause serious injury.
Re-Charge Interval and Time Important! CAUTION! • Damage to the battery may occur if it is allowed to drain completely. Do not allow the battery to drain completely. • Check the battery and charger (supply cord, connector) for wear and damage before charging. Do not charge the battery if damage has occurred. Do not use an extension cord when charging the ride-on toy. • On average you will need to charge the battery between 10 and 14 hours Do not charge the battery for more than 24 hours.

Hardware Most hardware will come attached to the part. Remove the hardware just before the assembly step, and keep handy for installation. Wheel hardware (2 per front wheel 1 per rear wheel) Screws for hinges (3 per hinge) One nylon threaded nut per axle (4) Note: this hardware comes attached to the axle.
Attach the Truck Bed Hinges 1. Carefully turn the truck bed upside down. 1 2. Orient each hinge so the hinge tube is facing towards the center of the truck bed and the hinge is on the outside. 3 Align the posts on the underside of the truck bed with the holes on the bottom of the hinge. 4. Insert the three screws into the holes on the hinge, and tighten the screws. Repeat for the second hinge. 2 3 Tip! The middle screw can be difficult to attach.
Attach the Rear Wheels 1. Slide the rear wheel onto the end of the axle, fitting the back of the rear wheel into the gear box. 2. Insert a washer over the axle. Using the included hex wrench, fasten the nut on the end of the axle and tighten. The axle may need to be shifted left or right to be evenly distributed so the tires to fit properly. 3. Align the four tabs of the hubcap with the slots in the front of the wheel and press into place. 3 4. Repeat steps 1-4 on the opposite rear axle.
Attach the Front Wheels 1. Insert the washer over the end of front axle. 2. Slide the wheel over the axle, followed by a second washer. 3. Using the included hex wrench tool, fasten the nut on the end of the axle and tighten. 4. Align the three tabs of the hubcap with the slots in the front of the wheel and press the hubcap into place. 5. Repeat steps 1-4 on the opposite front axle. 4 2 4 3 1 5 Attach the Safety Strap 1. The truck bed should be in the down position.
Attach the Doors 4 1. Orient the doors so the interior of the door is facing the interior of the car. 2. Insert the post on the bottom of the door into the hole on the side of the car body. 3. The hinge should fit into the hinge inset. Align the holes on the hinge with the hinge inset. 3 1 4. Insert a screw into each hole on the door hinge and tighten. There will be a total of four screws. 2 Tip! It’s easiest to perform the next steps when the doors are open. Attach the Dashboard 1 1.
Insert the Steering Rod Tip! It’s easiest to accomplish this step with the Ram slightly tipped to it’s side. Have a second person hold the Ram while inserting the steering rod. 3 1. Remove the screw and nut from the steering wheel, and keep it close by, you will need to hold the steering rod in place. 2 1 2. Insert the long end of the steering rod through the steering rod hole on the flat axle rod through the hole on the underside of the truck body. 3.
Attach the Rear View Mirrors 1. Insert the mirror into the pin of the mirror bracket on the RAM body. 2. Insert the long (1½”) screw through the hole into the bracket. 2 1 3. Fasten by placing the small nut on the end of the screw, and tighten the nut. 3 Attach the Rollbar 4. Route the wire connector coming from the bottom of the rollbar down into the rollbar hole, through to the connector under the truck bed. 5.

The battery contains lead acid (electrolyte) and must be disposed of properly and legally It is illegal in most areas to incinerate lead acid batteries or dispose of them in landfills. Take it to a federal or state-approved lead acid battery recycler, such as a KidTrax Toys authorized service center or your local automotive battery retailer. Do not throw the battery away with your regular household trash! 6.

(PC) warrants this product to the original retail purchaser as follows: The ride-on toy (except for the 12-volt battery) is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. The 12-volt battery is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for six months from the date of original purchase. An original receipt is required to validate your warranty.
