material and workmanship under

Discontinued products may be
replaced

valid only
for the

purchaser and

not extended to owners

the product subsequent to the
original purchaser. Any

applicable implied
warranties are limited

duration
to
a period
of
the express warranty as provided herein beginning with the date of the

retail,
and no

becomes necessary for you to return defective merchandise directly

Designs
(KICKER), call

(RMA)
number. Package

the defective items
in
a package that
