Dealer,
KICKER
warrants
O-Class
KICKER
products to
be
free
from
defects
in
material
and
worl<manship
for
THREE
(3)
YEARS
from
date of
original
purchase
with
receipt.
In
all
cases
you
must
have
the
origin
al
receipt.
Should
service
be
necessary
und
er
this
warranty
for
any
re
ason
due to
manufacturing
defect or
malfunction
during
the
warranty
period,
Kicker
wil
l
repair
or
replace
(at
its
discretion)
the
defective
merchandise
with
equivalent
mer
chandise
at
no
charge.
Warranty
replacem
ents
may
have
cosme
tic
scratches
and
b
le
mishes

inued

may
be
replaced
with
more

equivalent

cts.
This
warranty
is
valid
only
for
the
original
purchaser
and
is
not
extended
to
owners
of
the
product
subsequent
to
the
original
purchaser.
Any
applicable
imp

warranties

limited

ion
to

period
of
the
express
warranty
as
provided
herein
beginning
with
the
date
of
the
original
purchase
at
retail,
and
no
warranties,
whether
express
or
implied,
shall

Items
previously
repaired

modified

any
unauthorized
repair

Damage
