NOTE: USE A LAMP RATED FOR 10,000 HOURS OR MORE.
1) TURN OFF POWER.
IMPORTANT: Before you start, NEVER attempt any work without
shutting off the electricity until the work is done.
a) Go to the main fuse, or circuit breaker, box in your home. Place
the main power switch in the “OFF” position.
b) Unscrew the fuse(s), or switch “OFF” the circuit breaker switch(s),
  thatcontrolthepowertothextureorroomthatyouareworking
on.
 c) Placethewallswitchinthe“OFF”position.Ifthexturetobe
replaced has a switch or pull chain, place those in the “OFF” position.
2) Grounding instructions: (See Illus. A or B).
 A) Onxtureswheremountingstrapisprovidedwithaholeandtwo
raised dimples. Wrap ground wire from outlet box around green
ground screw, and thread into hole.
 B) Onxtureswhereacuppedwasherisprovided.Attachground
wire from outlet box under cupped washer and green ground
screw, and thread into mounting strap.
 Ifxtureisprovidedwithgroundwire.Connectxturegroundwireto
 outletboxgroundwirewithwireconnector(notprovided.)afterfollowing
 theabovesteps.Neverconnectgroundwiretoblackorwhitepower
supply wires.
3) Makewireconnections(connectorsnotprovided).Referencechartbelow
for correct connections and wire accordingly.
4) Carefullypushwireconnectionsbackintooutletboxmakingsureall
connections remain secure.
5) Anchor the backpan to the ceiling using the set of holes at each end of
 xtureusingwoodscrews,togglebolts,plasticanchors,etc.
NOTE:Topreventlightleakapplyfoamsealtotopofbackpanbefore
anchoring backpan to ceiling.
6) Insert recommended bulbs.
7) Fit one end of diffuser into end of backpan. Raise other end of diffuser
 upandtintoendofbackpan.Lowerdiffuserandsetdiffuseronlipof
backpan.
CAUTION: BALLAST MUST BE REPLACED BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRI-
CIAN.

1) APAGUELAALIMENTACIÓNELÉCTRICA.
IMPORTANTE: Antesdecomenzar,NUNCAtratedetrabajarsinantes
 desconectarlacorrientehastaqueeltrabajosetermine.
 a) Vayaalacajaprincipaldefusibles,ointerruptorocajadecircuitos
  desucasa.Coloqueelinterruptordelacorrienteprincipalen
posición de apagado “OFF”.
b) Desatornille el (los) fusible (s), o coloque el interruptor o
interruptores del breaker en posición de apagado “OFF”, que
controla (n) la corriente hacia el artefacto o habitación donde está
  trabajando.
 c) Coloqueelinterruptordeparedenposicióndeapagado“OFF”.Si
  elartefactoquesevaareemplazartieneuninterruptorocadena
  quesejala,colóquelosenlaposicióndeapagado“OFF”.
2) Instrucciones de conexión a tierra solamente para los Estados
Unidos. (Vea la ilustracion A o B).
 A) Enlaslámparasquetieneneleje,demontajeconunagujeroy
  doshoyuelosrealzados.Enrollarelalambreatierradelacaja
  tomacorrientealrededordeltornilloverdeypasarloporelaquiero.
 B) Enlaslámparasconunaarandelaacopada.Fijarelalambrea
  tierradelacajatomacorrientedelajodelaarandelaacoaday
  tornilloverde,ypaserporelejedemontaje.
 Silalámparavieneconalambreatierra.Conecterelalambreatierra
 delalámparaalalambreatierradelacajatomacorrienteconun 
conector de alambres (no incluido) espués de seguir los pasos
anteriores. Nunca conectar el alambra a tierra a los alambres eléctros
negro o blanco.
3) Hagalesconexionesdelosalambres(noseproveenlosconnectores.)
 Latabladereferenciadeabajoindicalasconexionescorrectasylos 
alambres correspondientes.
4) Coloqueconcuidadonuevamentelasconexionesdealambreenlacaja
de salida, asegurando que todas las conexiones estén seguras.
5) Anclelaplacademontajeeneltechousandolaseriedeoriciosen
cada extremo del artefacto usando tornillos de madera, pernos de lengüeta,
 anclajesdeplástico,etc.NOTA: Paraevitarlafugadeluz,apliqueun 
obturador de espuma en la parte superior del panel trasero antes de anclar
el panel trasero al techo.
6) Inserte la bombilla recomendada.
7) Monteunextremodeldifusorenelextremodelaplacademontaje.
Suba el otro extremo del difusor y móntelo en el extremo de la placa de
 montaje.Bajeeldifusoryelconjuntodeldifusorenelbordedelaplaca
 demontaje.
PRECAUCIÓN: EL ESTABILIZADOR DE TENSIÓN LO DEBE CAMBIAR
UN ELECTRICISTA IDÓNEO.
