Any stream that is selected to be skipped or locked in the Setup Menu can not be a preset. If
after presetting a stream, a user goes into the Setup Menu and instructs it to be skipped or
locked, it will be dropped from the preset location it was originally in. Additionally, if a preset
becomes unsubscribed or invalid, it shall also be deleted/dropped. ONLY list presets which
have been set by the user (i.e. are not empty). (That is do not display “<Empty>” for each
empty entry.)
• A press and hold of the Display button when in a list mode will cancel out and revert back to
the default display of the currently selected stream and mode (Normal or Preset tuning
modes).
• Audio from the selected stream shall continue to play while in the list modes until the user
selects a new stream by pushing the encoder knob.
• Pressing CAT UP or CAT DOWN buttons from within the preset list mode shall enter the
category list mode, maintaining the highlighted stream displayed under its category according
to the display rules of category mode entry outlined in the previous section.
7 Packaging
The product will be packaged in a full color box suitable for retail sales.
The package art shall include:
• Audiovox brand mark
• Audiovox address
• Country of origin
• Sirius brand mark
• A color photo of the product
• Diagram showing inputs and outputs
• Feature list
• Specifications
• ESN label
• UPC
Each packaged component shall be sealed in a poly bag
Inner packing shall protect the product from drops and vibration according to industry standards
7.1 Main Product System
The standalone system is developed to be an over-the-counter sale that can be easily setup by the
consumer. Additional installation items in the packaging can allow for enhanced mounting and
installation options. Items included in this package shall be:
• SIRIUS Receiver
• Remote Control
• Batteries
