5.5 Setup
Use the Setup menu to remotely congure the DVR. However, some funcons are only accessible if you login with an
administrator account.
On the Main Menu, click SETUP to access the Setup page.

The Setup menu is divided into six submenu opons:
• Record: Allows you to customize the recording sengs and schedule. See “5.5.2 Record Sengs” on page 66.
• Alarm: Allows you to customize alarms and set when and how you want to be noed. See “5.5.3 Alarm Sengs”
on page 68.
• PTZ: Allows you to customize the PTZ sengs. See “5.5.4 PTZ Sengs” on page 70.
• Network: Allows you to customize network sengs, including email setup. See “5.5.2 Record Sengs” on page
66.
• Seng: Allows you to setup user accounts and password, customize internet speed and desnaon path of
backup les. See “5.5.6 System Sengs” on page 76.
• Cloud Set: Allows you to view and enable the cloud storage e-mail account associated with your DVR. See “4.5
Seng Up Cloud Storage” on page 46.
• Info: Allows you to view the hard disk space, soware and MAC address informaon. See “5.5.8 System
Informaon” on page 80.
To access a submenu opon, click an item from the le panel. The tree expands to show more opons.
