4.5.3 Video and Audio Sengs
The VIDEO menu allows you to congure the video and audio output sengs, including the seng of Privacy Zone
which is used to hide an area on the screen from being viewed.
Seng the Video Output
1 In preview mode, right-click on the mouse to display the Pop-up menu.
2 Select Main Menu > SYSTEM > VIDEO.
3 Modify the necessary sengs.

Descripon
Video System Select the video system used in your locaon (NTSC/PAL).
Video Output Select LIVE-OUT or SPOT-OUT to congure the video output setup. This item is available
only in 16-channel model. See “Seng LIVE-OUT View Setup (16-Channel DVR only)”
below or “Seng SPOT-OUT View and Audio Setup (16-Channel DVR only)” on page
61.
Rotate Time Set the interval me in seconds when changing screen display in Auto Switch mode. See
“3.4.5 Auto Switch View” on page 35. Rotate me is available only if View Setup is
disabled.
View Setup Enable or disable the display sequence seng. This item is available only in 16-channel
model.
VGA
Resoluon
Select the output resoluon.
OSD Output Select where you want to display the OSD menu when mulple monitors are connected
to the DVR (BNC Out, VGA, or Auto).
4 Click Edit.
Seng LIVE-OUT View Setup (16-Channel DVR only)
This funcon allows you to x the number of channels displayed in split mode and order the display sequence of
channels when viewing in live mode.
1 In preview mode, right-click on the mouse to display the Pop-up menu.
2 Select Main Menu > SYSTEM > VIDEO.
3 In Video Output, select LIVE-OUT.
4 In View Setup, select Enable.
Note:
When View Setup is enabled, Split Windows funcon is not available (see “3.4.2 Split Mode” on page 34).
5 In View Mode, select how you want to split the window, opons are: Single, Quarter, Ninth, Sixteenth.
