power does not exceed the limit set force in relevant rules. The violation of the rule

It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that when configuring the radio in the United States
(or where FCC rules apply), the Tx power is set according to the values for which the product is
certified. The use of Tx power values other than those, for which the product is certified, is
expressly forbidden by FCC rules 47 CFR part 15.204.
