KeystoneProductswarrantstotheoriginalconsumerorpurchaserthisKeystoneutilityvacuum

cleaneranditsaccessories(“Product”)isfreefromdefectsinmaterialorworkmanship.

ThisProductwarrantiesforthree(3)years,themotor,switchandcasingundernormal

householduse,one(1)yearincommercialorrentaluse.

Thetools,filters,hoseandother

accessoriesarewarrantiedforone(1)yearduetomanufacturingdefectsandexcludenormal

wearandtear.Thewarrantyincludessparepartsandlaborcosts,andcoversmanufacturing

andmaterialdefectsthatmayoccurduringnormaldomesticuse.

Ifanysuchdefectisdiscoveredwithin

thewarrantyperiod,Keystone,atisdiscretion,willrepair

orreplacetheProductatnocost.Repairsnotcoveredbythewarrantyoroutsidethewarranty

periodwillrequireafeetocoverthecostofmaterials,labor,handlingandshipping.

This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from abuse of the  Product,  modification,

alteration, repair or service of the Product by anyone other than Keystone, mishandling,

impropermaintenance,damageswhichoccurinshipmentorareattributedtoactsofGod.

REPAIRORREPLACEMENTASPROVIDEDUNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THEEXCLUSIVEREMENDY

OF THE CONSUMER. KEYSTONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE

PRODUCT.EXCEPTTOTHEEXTENTPROHIBITIEDBYAPPLICABLELAW,ANYIMPLIEDWARRANTY

OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THE PRODUCTIS LIMTED

INDURATIONTOTHEDURATIONOFTHISWARRANTY.

Somestatesdonotallowtheexclusionoflimitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,or

allowlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheabovelimitationsorexclusions

may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, any may have other rights

thatvaryfromstate

tostate.
