Automatic measurements are the essential tool of an
oscilloscope� In order to make quick and efficient measurements,
the 3000T X-Series provides 37 powerful automatic
measurements and can display up to 8 at a time� Measurements
can be gated by auto select, main window, zoom window, or
cursors and include full statistics�

MEASUREMENTS
The 3000T X-Series supports 38 automated
measurements:
Voltage
– Peak-to-peak, maximum, minimum, amplitude, top,
base, overshoot, pre-shoot, average- N cycles,
average- full screen, DC RMS- N cycles, DC RMS- full
screen, AC RMS- N cycles, AC RMS- full screen
(standard deviation), ratio- N cycles, ratio- full screen
Time
– Period, frequency, counter, + width, - width, burst
width, duty cycle, bit rate, rise time, fall time, delay,
phase, X at min Y, X at max Y
Count
– Positive pulse count, negative pulse count, rising edge
count, falling edge count
Mixed
– Area- N cycles, area- full screen
Counter
– Built-in frequency counter
