Conrming or deleting the images
registered for the Tool Auto Tuning
Conrm or delete the OK/NG images registered for
the Tool Auto Tuning.

Display the main screen for the Tool Auto
Tuning.

Tap the [Conrmation of Registered Image]
button.

Conrm or delete the OK/NG image.
[First] ................ Displays the rst image.
[<] .....................
Displays the previous image.
[>] ..................... Displays the next image.
[Last] ................ Displays the last image.
[Delete] .............
Deletes the displayed image.
The setting is re-adjusts by
using the remaining images.

After the setting is completed, tap the
[Close] button.
The system returns to the main screen for the
Tool Auto Tuning.
