other precision tool, protect it from prolonged exposure to moisture and physical shock. Inspect
your KEY-BAK key reel daily for signs of excessive wear. Should it require service, follow the
Service Policy (where allowed by law)
For service or repair, please send your KEY- BAK key reel to the address below along with this form
and $4.00 US within the United States. All other countries should provide credit card payment of
$7.00 US for handling and return postage for each returned KEY-BAK
key reel. Handling charges are
